Miranda Lattimore
Miranda Lattimore is a photographer, yoga teacher and creative director based in Portland, Oregon. Originally from the Carolinas, Miranda has immersed herself into the exhilarating, new landscapes in the Pacific Northwest and beyond, and strives to bring her audience along for the adventure through her lens.
As a Black woman, one of Miranda's goals is to encourage other Black women and people of color to get outside by sharing the joys of peace and solace nature brings. For many Black people, hiking and exploring the outdoors brings much hesitation, in most cases, due to historic racism and policing of public spaces. Miranda is working to set a new narrative for people of color by documenting Parks, travels and vast landscapes through her love for photography.
